Policies

• Vaccinations – All canine guests are required to have: Distemper, Parvo, Hepatitis and Rabies vaccinations.  Bordetella (Kennel Cough) is also required at least 72 hour prior to booking in your pet.  All Feline guests are required to have: Rhinotracheitis, Calici, Panleukopenia and Rabies vaccinations. All guests are required to have documentation from the administering veterinarian upon admittance.
• Cancellations – Cancellations or changes to existing reservations, requires a minimum 5 days notice prior to arrival. Credit cards guarantees are required during peak periods, summer weekends, holiday weekends, December 15 – January 15 and spring break or at times we request them.  If a reservation is canceled or changed without 5 days notice, credit cards will be charged accordingly or billed to your account.
• We are open Monday – Friday 8a.m. - 5p.m. Drop off and pick up are welcome anytime during our regular business hours.  Our facility operates like a hotel.  If you pick up your loved one after 1p.m. you will be charged for that day.
• Weekend and holiday drop off and pick up are by appointment only, between 8am & 5pm. Special arrangements may be made on a case by case basis for after hours pick up and drop off.
• We reserve the right to deny admittance of any animal that we feel have infectious disease, health or temperament issues.
• During their stay should a dog have excessive barking issues, aggression tendencies, or unsatisfactory temperament, is a dirty dog, defecates inside and requires extra cleaning, the owner will be subject to additional charges and may be denied future admittance.
• We request that pet owners pre baggie each meal for accurate distribution.
• If a guest requires medication, it can be administered at an extra cost. ($2.00 per medication per day)
• All pets should be flea and tick free.  Pets showing signs of fleas or ticks will be treated in our grooming salon at the pet owners expense.
• If a guest soils itself and grooming is required to bath and tidy, this will be done at present grooming rates at the pet owners expense
• If a guest soils itself and its personal bedding brought from home requires laundering, a $10.00 launder fee will be implemented.
• Payment options are cash and cheque only.


• Christmas reservation policy – Reservations at during the Christmas holiday season are required to be secured with a credit card.  Reservations will only be taken for the period of December 24 – January 1 inclusive.  Due to high demand at this time, if a reservation is made for a partial period or specific days during this time, rates will be applied from December 24 – January 1 inclusive.  (8 days)
